How you can cook a vegan bolognese (recipe)
In this vlog I am going to do a vegan Bolognese because the video I had originally planned doesn’t work out. I started off by cutting onions into small cubes. Next up was the capsicum, which I cut up in small pieces as well. I graded a whole bunch of carrots and started cooking the spaghetti. After frying the onions in the pan with some garlic oil, I added some fake meat (which is probably made out of soy beans) and put some salt and pepper to go along with it. I added about a table spoon of tomato paste and added the capsicum. After chucking in the grated carrots and frying the whole bunch for a little while, I added one cup of water and let it simmer (probably a little more depending on the amount you’ve got in your pan). I added a few more spices like oregano or herbs of Provence. When the whole bunch has simmered for a little while and the carrots are nice and soft, it is ready to serve.
I also mentioned another dance video I have started to film with my neighbour and his girlfriend which will be finished in a couple of months from now. Moreover I will be going to Arhus, Denmark on the weekend. I will meet my mate Thor for a moving in party in his new apartment and will probably shoot a vlog about the short trip.
To finish things off, I showed of my skills in balance boarding, which got a whole lot better.
